This new device reveals tears, punctures and cuts inside the line hose - potentially serious defects that would otherwise go unnoticed.Using the
EEL Spreader, utilities can easily meet the ASTM field care requirements for line hose. They should be visually inspected - both inside and outside - each day before use.
The device can be set in a bench vise or attached directly to the truck using a magnet mount. It is constructed of durable, rugged plastic which is impervious to virtually any oil or detergent.
